I. INFORMATION REGARDING OUR USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Our Site uses cookies and other similar technologies (described below) to differentiate you from other users of our Site. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Site, allows us to improve our Site and to display customized content and advertising to you.
A "cookie" is a small file made up of letters and numbers, which we store in your browser or on your computer's hard drive if you consent to it. Cookies may contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive.
In the following table, you can find information about the different types of cookies we use and the purposes for which we use them:

Cookie type: Strictly necessary or technical
Purpose of the cookie: These cookies are essential for you to browse our Site and use the features it offers. The information collected by these cookies is related to the operation of our Site; e.g., page programming languages and security tokens to maintain the security of all areas of our Site.

Cookie type: Performance or analytics
Purpose of the cookie: These cookies collect anonymous information about how our Site is used; e.g., which pages you visit most often, whether you receive error messages and how you accessed our Site. The information collected by these types of cookies is used only to optimize your use of the Site, not to identify you. Sometimes these types of cookies are placed by third parties or web traffic analysis services, such as Google Analytics.

Cookie type: Functionality or Personalization
Purpose of the cookie: These cookies remember choices you make; e.g., they remember the country from which you visit our Site, the language and any changes you have made to the font size or other parts of web pages that you can customize, in order to optimize your experience when visiting our Site and to make those visits more personalized and enjoyable. The information collected by these types of cookies may be anonymized and cannot be used to track your browsing activity on other pages.

Cookie type: Preferences or advertising
Purpose of the cookie: These cookies collect information about your browsing habits and the interests that can be deduced from them, in order to tailor advertising to what you may be most interested in. They are also used to limit the number of times you view an advertisement, as well as to measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. These types of cookies are typically placed by third-party advertising networks. These cookies remember other pages you have visited and share this information with organizations acting as third parties, such as advertisers.

Cookie type: Social Networks
Purpose of the cookie: These cookies allow you to share your activity on our Site with other social networking organizations, such as Facebook and Twitter. These cookies are beyond our control. Please refer to the privacy policies of these organizations to learn how the cookies they use work.
Please note that third parties (including, by way of example, advertising networks and third-party service providers such as web traffic analysis services) may also use cookies over which we have no control. These cookies are most likely to be performance or analytics cookies, or preference cookies.

We may use cookies:
-
to collect anonymous data about user behavior on the Site. We may also capture information about the web page from which you came to the Site, as well as the web page to which you go after visiting our Site and some demographic data (e.g., user location); we may use this data to analyze user behavior across multiple web pages;
-
to classify groups of users (anonymously) based on demographic or behavioral data and use this to: (1) target our advertising to cookie users on third party web pages and on other websites owned by Picap S.L.; and (2) use that data to enable targeted advertising companies to target their advertising to qualified cookie users, either in connection with the placement of advertising that Picap S.L. has purchased or placed and targeted to users on behalf of third parties, or in connection with advertising purchased or placed by third parties and targeted to groups of cookies that Picap S.L. has "sold" to these third parties.
Some of our Sites may use Google AdSense to serve ads, including information regarding your interests and demographics. When you view or click on an advertisement, a cookie will be stored to enhance the delivery of advertisements that may be of interest to you on this or other websites. You have the option to disable the use of these types of cookies by going to Google's privacy and advertising page: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=es.
Most Internet browsers are automatically set to accept these types of cookies. However, if you wish to reject or delete any cookies (or other similar technologies), you can go to the help and support tab of your web browser for instructions on how to block or delete cookies. Please note that you may not be able to take full advantage of all the features offered by our Site, including certain personalized features, if you choose to delete or disable cookies.
For more information on how to manage cookies, you can go to www.allaboutcookies.org or visit www.youronlinechoices.eu, where you can find additional information on behavioral advertising and online privacy.

II. WEB BEACON
We, or our third-party partners, may use a software technology called a "web beacon" (also known as a "web bug," "clear gif" or "pixel"), which helps us understand usage patterns and what type of content is effective, e.g., by counting the number of users who have visited pages. Web beacons are small graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. They are used to show us when a piece of content is displayed. Unlike cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded in web pages, advertisements and e-mail. We, or our third-party partners, may associate the information collected by web beacons with other information we collect about you.
In addition to disabling cookies and other tracking technologies as described above, you have the option to opt-out of receiving targeted advertising from participating ad networks, audience segment providers and ad serving providers, as well as other service providers. All you have to do is go to their respective websites, which are managed by the Network Advertising Initiative, the Digital Advertising Alliance and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.

III. LEGISLATION
For all purposes, the relations of Picap, S.L. with the users of telematic services of this website are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction, to which the parties expressly submit, and for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.
